Welcome Isaiah, join him for his kickboxing class on Friday’s at 11am. It’s a mix of cardio and kickboxing exercises. This class starts on October 8th.

Welcome back Tricia, join her evening class Tuesday’s at 7pm for 30 minutes of Spin followed by 15 minutes of AB/Upper Body Sculpt.

Vinyasa Flow with Raissa will be canceled for the whole month of November. It will resume in December.

Teaching cycle/spin has been my passion for over 22 years. My classes have great music and are always fun and challenging. I love motivating and helping my students meet and exceed their fitness goals.


In this yoga class all skill levels are welcome. We will work to improve our strength, flexibility and focus. I hope to inspire students to learn and grow in their practice.


A fusion of Today’s Army exercises with a combination of HIIT and Crossfit techniques that keeps your heart rate up even through short break intervals. Come join me!
